Carrie Welsh is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for WCER. Previously, she was the program director of the Center for Ethics and Education, within WCER.
As a graduate student in the Educational Policy Studies department at UW–Madison, she studied the history of folk schools in Appalachia during the labor movement.
