Dana Gnesdilow

Assistant Researcher

Dana Gnesdilow is an Assistant Reasercher working at the Interactive Learning and Design Lab (ILDL) with Dr. Sadhana Puntambekar. She is a certified teacher for grades K-6 and earned a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Connecticut - Storrs and also received a M.S. in Educational Psychology – Learning Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She works with the ILDL team to create innovative, middle school science curricula and teacher-centered  professional development workshops for two NSF funded research projects: Bio-Sphere: Fostering Deep Learning of Complex Biology for Building Our Next Generation's Scientists (DRK-12) & Science Inquiry Using Physical and Virtual Experiments: Systematic Investigation of Issues and Conditions for Learning (ECR).
