Evaluation Strategy for the EPSCoR Program Development Project

This work involves developing an evaluation framework for the National Science Foundation's Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) that will produce evidence-based findings on the program’s outcomes. Through EPSCoR NSF establishes partnerships with government, higher education, and industry designed to effect lasting improvements in a region's or jurisdiction's research infrastructure, R&D capacity, and its national R&D competitiveness.
