Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training Projects - Employment (Year 2)

The University of Wisconsin-Madison Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (ARRT) Postdoctoral Fellowship on Employment is funded by National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR) under the Administration for Community Living (ACL). The purpose of this fellowship is to increase the capacity for high-quality rehabilitation research by increasing the number of highly-skilled research professionals focused on improving the employment outcomes of persons with disabilities. This fellowship provides didactic education and applied learning and research experiences to equip postdoctoral trainees, including individuals with disabilities and other individuals underrepresented in the scientific workforce, with the necessary skills to conduct advanced disability employment research. This ARRT will address the persistent need to develop a systematic and inclusive research agenda to improve the quality of employment outcomes for Americans with disabilities.
