Nicole Bowman to Present at 2017 Tribal Leader/Scholar Forum

The LEAD & WEC Center’s Dr. Nicole Bowman (Mohican/Munsee) will present her paper, "Declaration of Indigenous Sovereignty over Evaluation and Research"  June 17 at the 2017 Tribal Leader/Scholar Forum of the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI).  NCAI represents all 567 Tribal governments in the U.S. Dr. Bowman was one of six selected for a pre-conference session, where she will address an audience of tribal leaders, community members, researchers and federal agency officials. This is her second time being selected for the honor.  More information about the forum
